Cindy

As the Owner and Broker at Knox & Associates, Cindy draws on decades of experience in real estate to guide clients through every aspect of their journey. With expertise in property transactions and real estate valuation, she offers a unique skill set that benefits buyers, sellers, and investors.

Cindy holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from San Diego State University and a Master's degree in Cross-Cultural Education with an emphasis on Business. She obtained her California Teaching Credential before transitioning into real estate, where she worked alongside her father at McMillin Companies. During this time, she earned her California Real Estate Broker’s License.

In the early 2000s, during the recession, Cindy specialized in Broker Price Opinions (BPOs), mainly as a subcontractor for Bank of America, completing hundreds of BPOs. She later enhanced her skills at Colliers International Valuation Services, where she spent a decade focusing on property valuation.

After her time at Colliers, Cindy joined Valcre, a tech company specializing in valuation software, where she supported commercial appraisers with advanced appraisal technology.

Throughout her career, Cindy has maintained Knox & Associates as a passion project, assisting friends and family with their real estate needs. She now operates the company full-time while providing Broker Price Opinions as a subcontractor for clients, including the FDIC and the U.S. Marshals.
